Initiation & KYC Screening
Admission into De Sachiel Solution Order is deliberate, documented, and confidential. Silver entry is granted instant provisional activation upon submission. VIP petitions pass through identity verification, background screening, and registrarial ratification before a candidate is vested with an active membership grade.
Petition & Enrollment
The aspirant completes the matriculation form, elects an entry cycle, and submits legal name, residence, telephone, and a passport sized photograph.
Financial Clearance
Silver joining fee is Free, with a monthly due of ₦2,000 in Africa or $5 on other continents. VIP joining is ₦50K for applicants in Africa or $100 for applicants on other continents. VIP monthly due is ₦4,000 in Africa or $10 on other continents.
KYC Screening
Identity documents and declarations are examined by the Registrar under a strict seven day review window. Applicants retain access to the KYC status dashboard only.
Ratification
Upon approval the candidate is vested as an Active Member, the first applicable lesson is released, and the progression clock begins to count.
Documents Required For Screening
An application is not counted as received until every item below has arrived at the office.
Passport Photograph
A clear, recent passport sized photograph in JPG or PNG format, not exceeding 5MB. Membership cannot be processed without it.
Full Legal Identity
Full legal name, date of birth, occupation, and country of residence exactly as they appear on your government issued identification.
Contact Particulars
A reachable telephone number and an official email address. All correspondence, gateway receipts, and level releases are dispatched to that address.
Proof Of Payment
For the VIP cycle, which carries a regional joining assessment, the transfer advice supplied by your bank must be uploaded so the Registrar can reconcile the ledger.
Review Timelines
Standard KYC review period. If you have paid the membership fee and heard nothing after seven working days, write to the office with your payment details.
The seven working day count is the absolute maximum processing time. The count begins only once all materials, including the passport photograph, have arrived.

Confidentiality Of Your Records
The Order does not rent, sell, provide, or share personal information with any other organisation or individual. Every particular you submit is retained in strict confidence and used solely for the purpose you intended. Support staff with specific and relevant work duties may access member contact information only to discharge those duties, and any privacy violation is grounds for termination.
Identity documents are stored under restricted access policies, transmitted exclusively over encrypted channels, and every registrarial action taken upon your file is written to an immutable audit ledger.
Important Notice
All membership applications are processed only through our office in Nigeria and our New York office. We are an international organisation and those are our only central administrative offices. There are no local branches or contacts through which one becomes a member.
Every application must arrive either by registering on this website or by writing to membership@rapidspell.org or membership@sachielorder.org. Should the form issued to you after payment remain unfilled, or the passport photograph remain unsupplied, your membership will not be processed.
